At the Ryazan, radio factory started the mass production of DMR-radio
JSC “Ryazan Radio factory” (part of the concern “Sozvezdie” of the Holding company Ruselectronics of state Corporation ROSTEC) started mass production of digital civil DMR radio (Digital Mobile Radio). A new production line equipped with “smart” workstations, inspected the industrial Director of the radio-electronic complex of the state Corporation ROSTEC Sergey Sakhnenko during a working visit to Ryazan on 10 August 2020
New DMR equipment designed concern “Sozvezdie” that includes portable, automotive and stationary radio stations. The device can be used in railway transport in the agricultural sector, Regardie, MOE, Ministry of the interior, ambulance, logistics and transportation companies, and enterprises in the extractive industries.
The latest means of communication are resistant to the effects of external factors such as vibration, shock, extreme temperatures, moisture. Devices also have increased noise immunity and encryption system.
In the manufacture of new DMR radios use “smart” jobs. The special program-analytical system includes the computer with the loaded algorithm operations for each product. The employee using the scanner reads the bar code received by him for the operation of the product and is displayed on the screen interactive instructions with a sequence of steps. The system allows us to reduce the influence of the human factor, to track the production cycle, to capture the actual complexity, and also store a history of all operations performed on each product.
