1 through July 31, 2020 are the days of the ham activity in Irkutsk region dedicated to the memory of Lysine Viktor Anatolyevich — UA0TO.

In memory of this outstanding radio Amateur of the Irkutsk region, three-time USSR Champion in radio on HF, first to the USSR on radio sport in the history of the Irkutsk region – Lysine Viktor Anatolyevich, UA0TO established the diploma of “Siberian champion UA0TO“. Applicants for graduation must score 63 points in the years of life UA0TO.

1. Per QSO with UA0TO, 4J0BAM, 4L0BAM, UK0SAA/p, UK0SAA/UA0T, UK0SAA, UZ0SWA, RK0SWA (until 7 July 2010) -20 points on any band,any mode.
2. For QSOs with radio Amateurs of the Slyudyanka district of the Irkutsk region c July 7, 2010 — 5очковна any band, any mode.
3. Per QSO with RK0SWA c 7 июля2010 year — 5очковна any band,any mode.
4. QSO with radio stations of the Irkutsk region c July 7, 2010 -3 points on any band, any mode.
5. In the days of activity of C1 and 31 July (each year starting from 2019), QSO points are doubled.
