21st RUSSIAN WW PSK Contest February 18-19, 2023

We invite all radio amateurs to participate in the 21st RUS-WW-PSK from 12:00 UTC Saturday February 18 to 11:59 UTC Sunday February 19, 2023. Separate scoring between Russian and foreign contestants in eight subgroups. all participants will be awarded with Certificates, provided at least 30 CFM QSO. Detailed regulations are published in the QRZ.RU contest calendar and on the Russian Digital Amateur Radio Club.

The first Russian WW PSK was held in 2003. It was initiated by the MSSTVs club. The competition was held in PSK31 and 64 shortwatches took part (they sent their reports). The test was not technically prepared: there was no judging, no software to work, all this appeared only two years later in 2005. Victor Kosobokov (R3BB) managed to write a DLL for MixW, and then developed the judging software. At first, the judging was in “manual mode”. The first winners were: 1st place – RX9SN, 2nd place – UA4FCO, 3rd place – UU4J.

And then it went bye-bye… The contest was gaining popularity and got on all the sport calendars. In 2011 the Russian section of EPC took up the baton from the MSSTVs club to hold the Russian WW PSK Contest. on March 21, 2014 the RDRC Russian Digital Amateur Radio Club (RDRC Russian Digital Radio Club) was established and continues to organize and judge these competitions. We invite all fans of digital radio communications to support our contest with their participation and work at their pleasure in BPSK31,63,125.
