February 8, 2023 from 00:00-01:30 UTC (possibly from 23:30 UTC) for 1 hour on 14.044 kHz in CW (alternate frequency 14.244 kHz in SSB) special radio station R195JV/AM from balloon “LION”, tail number RA-3192G, will be active on the air.

The flight will take place in Ussuriyskiy Primorsky Region (CQ-19, ITU-34, RDA PK-14) and is dedicated to the 195th anniversary of the Great French writer Jules Verne.
