The Jules Verne 195th Anniversary Radio Diploma is established by the Jules Verne International Travel Club, the POSTVENTURE & Postal Adventure Project, the Ministry of Maritime & Bottle Post, the Ministry of Aerial Mail and with the support of Jules Verne’s great grandson – Jean Verne, the Primorsky Regional Branch of the All-Russian non-governmental organization “Russian Geographical Society – Society for the Study of the Amur Region”, the Primorsky Regional Branch of the Radio Sport Federation, Primorsky Territory Radio Club DOSAAF (RK0L) and Radio Club “Russian Extreme” (RX0L).

To fulfill the conditionsradio amateur diploma “In honor of the 195th anniversary of Jules Verne” it is necessary for radio amateurs on any continent to make 2 (two) or more QSO/SWL with the special call sign R195JV from February 8 to 22, 2023, working on different bands and different types of radiation.

Radio Amateur Diploma “In Honor of Jules Verne’s 195th Anniversary” is issued on a free electronic basis through direct applications to the Diploma Service or through the http://hamlog.online.

Radio Amateur Award 3D WOOD AWARD “In honor of Jules Verne’s 195th birthday” is based on a 3D wooden beech stamp and is given to Asian (AS) radio amateurs for making three (3) or more QSO/SWL, and to all others for 2 (two) or more QSO/SWL with the special call sign R195JV from February 8 to 22, 2023, working on different bands and different types of radiation on a paid basis through the system of autocounting http://hamlog.online by booking the award number or through the diploma service directly.
